Her own training began at the age of three where her passion for dance was ignited instantly. She continued dancing at her studio throughout high school and was a varsity member of the Wayzata Trojet Dance Team. Over the past 30 years, she has studied many techniques with a love for lyrical and hip hop.

A Golden Gopher through and through, Lindsay studied at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and was a 4-year member of the Dance Team. She was the sole captain of the U's 2003 & 2004 National Champion Dance Teams. To this day, Lindsay stays involved and connected to the U as dance event coordinator for the UMDT and the University of Minnesota Best of the Best Show.

Lindsay has coached the dance teams at Minnetonka High School, White Bear Lake High School, Fridley High School and The Premier Dance Team at the University of Minnesota. As a choreographer, her work has earned accolades throughout the five-state area.

Above all, Lindsay believes that dance should be fun and accessible to all. One of her greatest assets is her devotion to connecting with her students in a way that helps them feel their very best.
